Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: If you order your product before 3:00 P.M (U.S Central Time) on a business day, your product will be shipped on that same day. If however, it is not placed on a business day or before the time mentioned, it will be shipped on the next business day (not including holidays). Expect 3-5 days for your order to get to you after it ships. When it is shipped you will receive an email from us telling you that it has.

Q: Do you have a sizing chart available for your products?
A: Yes. That can be found here

Q: I pre-ordered a shirt. When will I get it?
A. The amount of time between placing a pre-order and when it will ship all depends on the current situation of the shirt. It could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. If we put a product up for pre-order, it normally means we intend it to arrive within that time. Unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Q: What happens if I want to return/exchange a product?
A: Any questions about returning or exchanging a product can be found at our shipping info page.

Q. The size I want is out of stock. When will you get more?
A. The answer to this question, once again, depends on the situation. When we get out of stock with a certain item or color, it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for us to get more. Depending on the popularity of the design and color, it could take different amounts of time. Send us an email if you need to know about a specific product.

Q. What do the statuses of the shirts mean? How can I learn more about them?
A. All the statuses and their meanings can be found at this page

Q. Will You Sponsor Me?
A. JumpClothing.net does provide sponsorship opportunities for rising Traceurs and Tricksters.  But we do not sponsor just anyone. You need to be a long term active member of a community of your discipline, and show high skill or potential in the discipline that you practice. It’s not easy to get sponsored by us, but if you do, you’ll be provided with free clothing and gear from our site.

Any sponsorship inquires should be directed at rblack@jumpclothing.net with the subject “Sponsor Me: [your name]” and some more info about yourself, links to your videos, etc.

Q. Will you look at my video/photo/website/design?
If you want us to give you feedback on your samplers, website, or any other media, contact us via Twitter, Facebook, or email. We would be glad to give our opinions. Though our feedback is not guaranteed, we will try and get to as many as we can.

Q. I want [insert shirt design] in [insert color or size]
A. If you want a design in a certain color or size, you can vote on it on the product page. If you want a voting option created, send us an email with the subject “I want [design name] in [shirt or color]” no further information is required. We’ll reply and tell you whether we can fulfill your request or not.

Q. I’m keep getting an alert that my browser telling me I need to turn on Javascript. How can I do that?
A. Our website uses various elements of your browser to make the experience of the user more smooth and enjoyable. One of the ways we accomplish this is by using JavaScript in most of our pages. There is no harm (by us) that can come from turning on JavaScript or ActiveX Controls. We highly recommend turning these elements on so your visit to our site can be a more enjoyable and visually pleasing experience.

For help on turning on JavaScript, please Google it.

Q. Why is it recommended that I not use your site with Internet Explorer 6 or earlier versions?
A. The reason that we do not allow the use of internet explorer 6 is that we have a strong commitment to making sure our user gets the full visual and functional experience that was originally designed for this site’s visitors. If you want to get more technical with the matter, Internet Explorer 6 and older versions does not process .PNGs like newer browsers do. Since we use our .PNG images to display transparency around the edges of our site’s images, most of the images that you see will have an ugly grey box around every single transparent .PNG image. We spent a lot of time making sure our site looks as visually pleasing as possible for you, so we want you view it in the highest quality that we provide.
If you’re using Internet Explorer 6, you need to upgrade anyway. Why not now? We promise it will make using your computer and the internet a more enjoyable experience.
