Shipping


We here at JumpClothing are committed to getting your product to you as fast and as smoothly as possible. When your order is received, we work as quickly as we can to get it shipped out to you. In order for your product to be shipped to you within the same day, you must place an order with us before 3:00 P.M (US Central Time) on any business day (M-F). Any order that is placed and does not fall in the before-mentioned criteria will be shipped out on the following business day. If there is a complication regarding your order, your shipping information, or the materials you purchased, you will be contacted by email immediately to inform you of the delay.

When your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us informing you that your product as shipped. If you do not, check your spam folder inside your email account. If you still do not receive an email from us regarding your product within 48 hours, send us an email or contact us on Twitter or Facebook and let us know (we are most responsive on Twitter). After you receive that email, allow 4-7 Business days for your product to arrive at your door. Expect more if you live outside of the United States.

Shipping Prices


We ship all around the world. If you live in the US or Canada, the flat rate is $5.00. If you live outside of the U.S, our flat rate shipping cost is $14.00 USD. See international shipping for more info on costs outside of the U.S Next day air is going to cost extra.

Payment Options


Currently the only payment method that we provide is PayPal. However, in case you didn't know; you can use your credit card with it while placing your order.

International Shipping


We ship to over 140 countries and counting. The flat rate for international shipping is $14.00 if it’s to any country that is not the UK. If you live in the UK it is $11.00. Expect it to arrive at your doorstep in about 5-10 business days if you're ordering internationally (regardless of what country you reside in).

Returning Customer Discount


If you have placed an order with us before, and you are purchasing another item more than $10.00, you get an automatic 15% discount for a full month after you receive your order. This system relies on the coupon code that you got with your first order, and the email that you used to place an order with us the first time. If there are issues surrounding either of these criteria, just contact us and we will try to solve it for you.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are when we have a design made, but the products have not arrived and cannot ship it out to you. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for pre-orders. If you place a pre-order, expect it to take at least 3-6 weeks to arrive, unless otherwise told in your pre-order confirmation email. You may cancel your pre-order at any time by sending us an email explaining why you would like to cancel. You may not cancel your pre-order if the product has already been shipped to you, for obvious reasons.  Send your emails to orders@jumpclothing.net. We would be glad to help you out.

Return Policy


If you are un-satisfied with your product or happen to order the wrong size, you may ship it back to us and we will exchange your product for one of equal value. If special circumstances are present, we will also refund your money (not including shipping charges).--the only reason we would not refund it is if the clothing is damaged, or changed in any way from when we shipped it out to you. Before you send us your product, send an email to our customer service department and get authorization to send us your product. In the email, give us your name, your order code (follows the format [shirt name]-[color]-[size]), and a short reason of why you would like to return your product. If we receive your order and did not receive the before mentioned email about your return, you will not be refunded the money.

JumpClothing reserves the right to cancel any order for any kind of reason that could involve re-selling or fraudulent suspicions. This will hopefully be a rare occurrence, so please try to be honest.
